🌿πŸ”₯ We are excited to announce the launch of the training and participatory workshops in Alto Palancia!

We are excited to launch these activities designed to foster active youth participation in the recovery of ecosystems affected by recent forest fires in our region!

As part of the Resilient Europe project, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, these workshops aim to:

✨ Encourage active participation and youth leadership in recovery and resilience processes within the Alto Palancia community following forest fires, with the goal of restoring affected ecosystems, strengthening social ties, and promoting sustainable long-term development.
✨ Foster understanding of the impact of forest fires.
✨ Develop skills in co-creating solutions for community resilience.
✨ Promote collaboration at local, regional, and European levels.

πŸ”Έ Workshop dates: January 28, February 12, March 27, and April 9, 2025.
πŸ”Έ Total: 4 workshops.
πŸ•’ Schedule: From 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

πŸ‘₯ Participants:
Students from the Forest Management Program at IES Alto Palancia, mentored by an expert trainer, a forestry engineer, and an engaging facilitator.

🀝 Collaborations:
We will also be working alongside the youth team from the Alto Palancia Regional Council, professionals dedicated to fire prevention and restoration, and young leaders committed to a sustainable future.
